Celebrating our Seventh Year on the GovTech 100: Innovations in Civic Tech

Today, coUrbanize was named to Government Technology’s GovTech 100 list for 2022. This annual list, compiled and published by Government Technology, recognizes companies focused on and making a difference in state and local government agencies across the United States.

We’re honored to be included in this list for the seventh consecutive year, alongside innovative teams solving problems in state and local government.

This speaks to the ongoing work that we’re doing on diverse projects with cities and towns across the country: a mall redevelopment in Gwinnett County, GA; a Master Plan in Lexington-Fayette Urban County, KY; the Philadelphia Navy Yard Connected Community Plan; a public art project in Santa Clara County, CA; and the redevelopment of the Cleveland Public Libraries. This year, we’ve worked from coast to coast with everyone from city planners and town councils to independent consultants and regional authorities.

In 2021, we made more improvements to our product and services with a continued focus on inclusivity and accessibility in the engagement process. Our new Language Equity Plan ensures that cities and towns can engage with community members in their native language.

The members of the 2022 GovTech 100 list are transforming how local governments work, and we’re so excited to see what our team and our peers can accomplish this year! Here’s to another year of investments, ideation, and innovation!
