Using coUrbanize, the Patuxent Commons team:

  • Reached beyond abutters to activate community members who were unaware of the project
  • Demonstrated that the concerns of neighbors had been addressed
  • Mobilized silent supporters to testify in support of the project online and at in-person hearings

We were able to use the data and feedback from coUrbanize to show that we had addressed concerns, and we ended up getting unanimous City Council support for the project.
